Patrick Swayze (Poster Gallery Included)

Gaining fame in such 80s movies as The Outsiders, Red Dawn,  and Youngblood, Patrick Swayze became a superstar with the movies Dirty Dancing and Road House. Swayze starred in 10 movies during the 80s alone.  Long before he was named People Magazines' "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1991, Patrick Swayze was considered a sex symbol and his magazine pin-ups and posters adorned the walls of many dorm rooms, bedrooms, and inside school lockers. Matt Dillon became a teen idol in the 80s after starring in movies like My Bodyguard (1980), Little Darlings (1980), Tex (1982), Rumble Fish (1983), The Outsiders (1983), and The Flamingo Kid(1984).

At 18, Lowe made his feature film debut in Francis Ford Coppola's "The Outsiders." He went on to star in the classics "St. Elmo's Fire" and "About Last Night". Other film credits include "Illegally Yours" and "Bad Influence," as well as the blockbuster comedies "Wayne's World" and "Tommy Boy." After "Wayne's World," Lowe re-teamed with Myers in "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me." Lowe also starred in "Class," "The Hotel New Hampshire," "Oxford Blues," "Youngblood," "Square Dance," "Masquerade" "A View from the Top," and "Mulholland Falls." Lowe has had a successful run of highly-rated television miniseries such as "Beach Girls," "Salem's Lot," "The Christmas Shoes" and "The Stand." Rob Lowe was often featured in teen magazines like Tiger Beat, Teen Beat, Bop, and Seventeen....
